K. K. Wagh Universal School Students Visited  Old  Age Home  School Students of Grade X visited ' Vatsalya Vridhhashram', an Old Age Home along with Teachers on Friday,18th October, 2024 as a part of their community service initiative. The event aimed to foster Intergenerational connections and bring joy to the elderly residents.

During the visit, students engaged them in various activities, including Fun Games, Singing, Dancing & Storytelling. Many residents shared their life stories, which captivated the students and sparked meaningful conversations.

The staff at the old age home expressed gratitude for the students’ efforts. "These visits are vital for our residents," said  one of the staff Member. "It brightens their day and helps them feel valued."

During this visit, School donated different types of grains collected by students.The event concluded with heartfelt farewells, leaving both Students and Residents with cherished memories. The school plans to make this visit an annual tradition, strengthening ties with the community and fostering Sensitivity, Empathy among Students.
