Parents orientation program - Dealing with Adolescent Children


K. K Wagh Universal School,Saraswatinagar. Organised Orientation Program "Dealing with Adolescent Children" for Parent's and Students of Grade VI to X Boys and Girls on 17th October. 
Dr. Chandrakant Sankalecha a  
 Renowned (M.D) Gynaecologist Practising at Nashik Since 1991 was the  Resource Person. 

We had an insightful and engaging Orientation Programme for parents and students focused on "Dealing with Adolescent Children."🎓👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

 Objectives : 1.An adolescent children program typically aim to address the developmental, social, emotional, and educational needs of adolescents.
2.Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, including physical health, mental health, and emotional well-being.
3.Teaches  adolescents essential life skills such as decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution.
4.Empower adolescents by building self-confidence, self-awareness, and a positive self-image.

This interactive session highlighted the emotional, psychological and social changes that teens go through and how parents can support them during this crucial time. The program offered practical advice on:  Building open communication ,Fostering trust and understanding, Managing conflicts with empathy, Encouraging independence while setting healthy boundaries. 

Parents and students left feeling empowered with tools to strengthen their relationships and navigate the teen years with confidence. 
 Outcomes :
1. It helps Students to develop Social, emotional and educational needs. 
2. Students will focus on their healthy lifestyle. 
3. Improvement in decision making, Problem Solving abilities. 
4. Improvement in Self- image and Self- Confidence . 
It will help them  building a supportive community for our adolescents' well-being. 🌱
